"I was born and raised in Paris, TX where I have wanted to open a restaurant since I was 12 years old. I remember admiring restaurants on vacations growing up and wanting to be a chef out of high school. I took a different path & went to college to major in Finance & Marketing while working full time. I worked 15+ years in the food service industry with the top 2 companies as a Territory Manager, District Sales Manager, & ending my career as a Business Development Manager working with restaurants all over East Texas & Southeastern Oklahoma. This is a true passion of mine that has turned into existence through hard work & determination. A few years back I started building houses as a side job to create capital to buy my first restaurant & it actually worked. We have big plans at Roosters & other creative restaurants coming soon. This will be a fun and stressful ride, but a ride indeed."
